The Hawesbury Hawks are pleased to announce that Markus Leikkari had joined the U18 and JuniorA coaching staffs as an assistant coach.
Marcus is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, earned a Masters degree in Sports Psychology.
He spent last season with the Nepean Raiders U18 staff. Previous to that he served 3 seasons as an assistant with the Thunder Bay Kings AAA program, where he coached current Hawks Fletcher Anderson and Max Fortin. He has also worked as a goaltending consultant/instructor.
