Hawks’ Signing Of Slawaska Helps Bolster Blue Line

Mobility in a defenseman with a tall stature is a unique talent and the Hawks are happy to announce they have found just that with the signing of 6’3”, 215 lbs Brandon Slawaska.

Much like former Hawks’ rearguard and Winnipeg Jets’ prospect Jonathan Kovacevic, Slawaska’s skating ability and hockey IQ allow him to be responsible in all situation, whether it’s in terms of puck distribution or being on the right side of the puck in the defensive zone.

WIth Brandon’s addition to the lineup, the Hawks’ defense will be formidable in their quest for the Bogert and Fred Page Cups.

Welcome to the Flock, Brandon.
