The Hawkesbury Hawks are thrilled to announce the signing of Michael Marleau from the Andre-Laurendeau Boomerangs of the Quebec CEGEP Junior Hockey League for the upcoming 2017-18 season.
Coach and GM Rick Dorval says “Michael has the speed and puck skill to be a difference maker at this level. What we like the most is how he can elevate his game for big moments.”
Michael lead his team in regular season scoring, then followed that up with an unbelievable playoff leading the league in scoring on his way to helping Andre-Laurendeau capturing the 2016-17 league title.
