The Hawkesbury Hawks would like to formally invite you to attend our annual main camp May 17th– May 19th, 2019.
The camp will be held at the J.R. Brisson Complex located in Casselman, Ont. This camp is geared towards players with birth years 1999-2003. Players with birth year 2004 are by invite only.
Five years ago, Daniel Brickley attended camp as a player no one knew well and won himself a spot on the team. Today, we are proud to call him an alumnus to the Hawkesbury Hawks and Minnesota Mankato (NCAA D1) while continuing his playing career for the L.A Kings of the NHL.
For the 2019-20 season the Hawks are looking to fill 7-8 forward positions, 4-5 defense positions and 1 goalie position. We anticipate making most of our decisions especially on out of town players this weekend. Every player will play 4 games (5.5 hours of ice) and if selected for the Sunday all-star game an additional 2-hour game. The cost of this year’s camp is $225.
*** Spots at the camp are not guaranteed until payment is received, so please process your payment promptly. Furthermore, with spots being limited, the Hawks reserve the right to select the attendees if the camp becomes over quota.
Note: The cost is $225 and is not refundable unless a medical note is provided due to injury. Because of recent technical difficulties, payment by cheque will be permitted on the first day of camp.
All registrants agree to not hold the owners and staff of the Hawkesbury Hawks Jr A team liable or responsible for any damages, loss or injury which may occur and hereby release the Hawkesbury Hawks Jr A team from any action which may occur while attending the camp.
