The Hawks struggled against the 73's 5-2 in home game

In the first period, Beaton opened the scoring for the 73’s with a goal at 5:15 with helpers from teammates Bertrand and Thousand. Beaudin-Tougas quickly followed with a goal at 6:56 with an assist from defenseman Kuhl. Conley answered for Kemptville with a goal at 9:50 with helpers from his linemates, Titus and Daskas. Fry deposited what turned out to be the game winning goal at 19:18 with assists from his linemates, Frazee and Meyer.

During the second, Beaton netted a goal at 1:04 with helpers from his linemates, Taylor and Thousand. Jankowski answered for Hawkesbury with a goal at 13:39 with assists from Belec and Stevens.

In the third period, Conley answered for Kemptville with a goal at 19:34 with a helper from Titus.

This loss brings the Hawkesbury Hawks’ record to (21-10-0-1).
