The Hawkesbury Hawks are thrilled to announce the signing of highly sought after goalie Matthew Petizian from the Northwood Prep School for the upcoming 2017-18 season.
Coach and GM Rick Dorval says “Matthew is always square to pucks and challenging the shooter. What makes him so great is that he is extremely quick and because of it is never to out of position.”
Dorval added, “We expect him to carry the bulk of the load and that his stellar play will carryover from Northwood to Hawkesbury. I would not be surprised if he pushes the other goalies in the league in the race for goalie of the year.”
